“Hello everyone. This is Michael from RadioWaves.US with Domino Grey. Now that New Years has passed and a NEW YEAR is upon us, I’d like to share some important thoughts about your next 365 days.

We use New Years as a marker of hope to bring sweeping CHANGES to our lives. Too often, we find ourselves dreaming of a better life
Most of us dream about becoming rich and draw up lofty plans and ideas about how to change our cash flow. A more realistic goal is to IMPROVE our finances by monitoring how much we spend and what we spend it on. Consider where your money goes and even where it comes from and make improvements. Eliminating foolish spending on disposable items and empty entertainment can go a long way to improving your month to month budget.

We hope to change our relationships by changing people. We see ourselves as operating in the right and everyone else that doesn’t agree, operating in the wrong. That’s a very black and white way to look at our friends and partners. Consider the idea that in-between the Black and White, there is Grey.

Disagreements and stalemates occur when we find ourselves arguing to be right, instead of sharing our ideas and concepts. We never need to change what makes our relationships special, but we can improve them by remembering why people were accepted into our lives.

And lastly, we all want to change the shape of our bodies, but how about improving our health instead? Instead of looking in a mirror and waiting for change, you can look in your kitchen and see the improvement. Choosing to eat better is choosing to live better. It’s not about working out but working out a balanced life of responsible eating and exercise.
